I’m in on this, I’ll be doing Option 4: Seven Things.

I’ll also be posting something a blogless friend wrote for Option 5, if that’s ok!

  2. MX-Susan Says:

Wow. So far, the participants have been really impressive. I don’t think I’ve read anything yet and gone ‘meh’ or ‘bleh’. :)And the project is still young. Things should only go up from here, as people write more and get more experience.

And on a personal level, I’ve been reminded how much fun it can be to write something… just for the heck of it. And I guess that’s where something like this project differs from something like NaNo. NaNo is primarily about quantity. This project seems to be more about quality. Now, there’s nothing wrong with NaNo - I’ve particpated several times, but never quite pulled it off. One of these days I will complete NaNo - just to say I have. But I’ve already had more fun here than I have in several years of NaNo. Word count be darned!
